Here’s the sketch version of an animation I was commissioned to make by Sam Kolder. We talked about some of the things he would like in his youtube intro and he pretty much gave me free reign with how to animate it... Which was a blessing and a curse. I had to some how link up “the elements” “bird flight” “photography” “running and jumping off a cliff” into one seamless animation which captures his brand and personality. I found a way though. I think it took about 2 weeks + a lot of fiddling and refining and I had a great time drawing it. He featured part of the animation in his latest drone video.
