Uhhh. 5 years ago I would have said Sastiel. My two main pairings back then were Wincest and Sastiel. But I also had written Dean/Sam/Crowley back then, too. And Castiel/Sam/Meg, lmfao. (I'm sensing a pattern with Sam here.) I do like Tyson/Sam. And Crowley/Sam a lot.
Honestly I don't actively seek out any pairings BESIDES Wincest at this point. I never actively sought out Sastiel either, would just read it when it was on my dash, and write it when I was in the mood.
But if I'm gonna answer in a non-fanfic sort of way, because I only read other Sam pairings if they're specifically recommended to me, I love Sam/Jess, Sam/Rowena, and Sam/Ruby. And outside of Sam pairings, I'm still convinced that Castiel/Meg is canon.
Actually, you know what? Max/Sam. Let that little witchy boy fuck the shit out of Sam and give him the time of his LIFE while doing it.
