I caught up with the stars at LA’s Paley Center for Media recently and picked their brains about how they feel they would be as parents together in real life.
S: Oh, wow. [There would] probably [be] a lot of bickering, I would imagine
Certainly any children would have a very dodgy accent
I would like to think that I would be very relaxed, but actually would probably be kind of tough, No, I think I’d be pretty relaxed. Yeah, she’d be tough. Very tough.
C: I don’t know how much co-parenting would be going on. I think I’d probably be left holding the baby. *laughing* Oh, I’d be strict. He’d be MIA, are you kidding me? He’d be like, ‘Oh, I’m just going to go climb seven mountains this weekend, I’ll see you on Sunday night.’
What is like to work so closely together?
C: we just act like a married couple because we act as a married couple all the time so it just sort of bleeds into our real life!
S: bickering! bickering old married couple!
Fan: Sam just said that Caitriona always comes to set in a grumpy mood. What can you say in your defense???
C: What is this slander Sam ???? I think this is a case of the pot calling the kettle black!!!! If the pot is cheery and chirpy and the kettle is tired and grumpy from his tough gym work out !!!! Huh???? Huh????
S: Slander. That’s what it is! Think I may have overdosed. Too much spaghetti to blame...
