Being Sam Uley’s Child Imprint Would Include:
- Understand that an imprint isn’t always associated with the romantic aspect, alright? It means that the shape-shifter becomes that in which their imprint needs them to be; e.g. a guardian, sibling, romantic partner, best friend, protector, etc.
- You’re the alphas imprint. You’re going to be protected and spoiled!
- I could so imagine the pack teaching you something bad and the pack getting hell for it.
- “You taught her what?!”
- “Where did she learn that? Paul? Jared? Care to explain yourselves before I find out why for myself?”
- If you were struggling with anything, Sam may appear to be the least approachable, but he’d be your ‘biggest’ support and a great problem solver.
- You’d grow up with the pack as siblings (apart from Leah).
- If you were hurt physically, Sam would handle it calmly, but he’d totally be freaking out on the inside.
- He’d be so wise. Any issue you seemed to have, he would know how to deal with it.
- He’d certainly attract petrified eyes as he picks you up from school, but then when you run to him, jumping into his arms, his smile would melt away on-looker’s fear.
- He’d have a sixth sense over what you needed, and you’d find yourself with your need(s) met prior to you realizing it.
- Sam being a significant part of your life.
- Big bear hugs.
- He’d so go to any important things you do/accomplish (e.g. a spelling bee, sports game, talent show, birthday party, etc.).
- He’s attend every parent-teacher interview you had.
- He would be eternally patient with you. If you’re throwing a tantrum or whatever it seems to be, he’s going to be more level-headed with it.
- “I want ice cream!” you screech, your fingers clenched into tight fits as you screech like a banshee, a very small one at that.
- “I told you that we have some at your house, (Y/N).” Sam’s tone did not even waver, his ancient eyes narrowing with authority.
- “Do we have bubble gum?” you stamp your foot on the floor like you were challenging the alpha.
- “I don’t care if it’s bubble gum or Cherry Cola flavor, you’re not going to get ice cream when your favorite is at home.” he’s state as people stare at you both. “Besides, I’m sure if you behave this time, I won’t object to you getting bubble gum ice cream next time.”
- “What does ob-ob-ject? Mean?” you blink up at him.
- He wouldn’t stand anyone disrespecting or hurting you, but note, it’ll be handled maturely.
- He’d definitely play with your hair or mess it up.
- I can imagine that the pair of you would come home from pebble picking at the beach and you falling asleep in his arms.
- He’ll be the one to pick you up whenever you fall.
- Whenever he’s patrolling, he ensures that he makes a few trips round your home to make sure you’re okay and safe.
- If he’s having a bad day, you brighten it up instantaneously.
- He’d tell you the ancient stories of the tribe and chuckle at the awe and enthusiasm that captivates you.
- You’ll surely be accepted no matter what, literally!
- Infinite piggyback and shoulder rides.
- Hide and seek, even if Sam sucks at hiding because he’s so big.
- Sam playing monster trucks, princess tea parties, wrestling, make up stuff, etc. He’ll do whatever you want, regardless of your gender.
- Checking monsters under your bed, to which, - when you’re far older -, Sam teases you about it.
- Pillow forts, even though he thinks it’s a bit childish.
- Being heart broken when he has to leave, and basically bursting into tears.
- Sam wanting nothing but the best for you.
- Being the only person that instantly calms Sam the hecky down.
- Him babysitting you and it ending in you getting your way and him nearly getting into trouble. Pretty comedic.
- Pranking the pack and getting the ‘Free Card’ whenever you get caught.
- Always being loved, respected and cared about.
