Currently on the flashback to when Amelia has that lil picnic spread for Sam's birthday which intentional or not seems like a callback to that 3x10 the African dream root episode

i don't quite remember the details of amelia's don's deployment or anything. but i think it would have been amazing if in the last episode featuring cole it was revealed cole was in the same platoon (troop?? ugh sorry idk) as don, and don had the worm (wha was this episode even) and stuff happened between him, sam, and amelia.

I'm feeling the SamAmelia today. The first time they went out out (if ya get my drift) Sam totally took her to a nice hotel so their first time wasn't in the dump with the questionable stains they were living in (and so Riot didn't get in the way)

This right here is the Sam/Amelia fic I didn’t even dare hope existed. It’s really light on the Sam/Amelia, to the point of nearly being gen, but the tension is there and gets a nice resolution. The way the author writes both Sam and Amelia is fantastic, and I especially love the way they flesh out Amelia (including her relationship with Don). Also, the case is pretty interesting, too. Honestly, I pretty much just loved everything about this.

That being said, please note that this fic does contain references to miscarriage.

I’m not sure I a hundred percent jive with the interpretation of Sam/Amelia here, but I still enjoyed the fic. I like what it had to say about the breaky nature of Sam, Amelia, and their relationship.
