Hey, look at that! I made a comic really fast and forgot to put it up! Heehhh.. woops. This one has a little more cussing than normal because that's just the kinda guy that Negan is. I think I've only had one f-bomb in Same Apt, but I could be wrong. Anyway, John came up with this upon seeing the.. let's say controversial season finale to The Walking Dead. We don't read the comics, but I know what happens in this scene and how it plays out, and it was a bit of a let down to get the cliffhanger as you can see from the first panel. Still I'm looking forward to the upcoming season. Don't fuck it up Gimple.

Saw Bats v Supes and I can say definitely that I liked it more than Man of Steel. It's got some issues, but it's a solid movie. Let's see how Suicide Squad continues this world. I think my only real problem with the Snyderverse is the characterization of Superman. The makers of this one seem to be pulling from Dark Knight Returns and that's a great book, but as the main movie version Supes for the time being, this surly Superman is not my favorite Superman. He's such a grim loner, brooding in the rain! Who does that remind me of? I have no clue. I saw something about the writer of Justice League saying something about the tone being a little lighter, so I'm looking forward to that.

I’ve had this in my scripts for awhile, and I thought it would be a good one to test out the capabilities of my new laptop. Tax return time is such a world of possibilities. Anyway, this new machine is miles above my old dinosaur. That one had problems, the least of which that it still had the old owner’s name on all the files. It made it kind of frustrating. Like it’s not actually mine or something.
Anyway, as this is the first time I got a new one while the old one was still living, the old one will be going into my desk station rather than tucked all haphazardly in the living room shelf. It’ll be nice that the cats don’t have to jump over it to get from one chair to the couch. And a bonus that the old shelves in this place flex when they change temperatures, I don’t have to worry about the old girl falling over when one side curves into a 45° angle. Oh the joys of living in an old apartment. Currently there’s an old doorstop holding it upright.
Anyway Mac seems to have one of the other benefits of old apartments, tiny water heaters. I’ll bet Mort doesn’t squirm when Gar scrubs his back.
