Sounds yo me ljke Frisk's more quiet and sullen demeanor makes it more difficult for Swap and Stretch to figure out how to get them to stop genocide.
Where UT!Chara is just denial denial denial, finding every error to every suggestion they make and blowing things up to be bigger problems than they really are, US!Frisk is just. A brick wall. A lot harder to pinpoint what the actual problem is, and having very little to go off of when they do speak up.
