the thing about DnD and a lot of tabletop RPGs in general is that a lot of “rules” are really just suggestions in the long run that, as long as the DM rules it’s okay, you can fuck with and even ignore outright for Fun or convenience.

I feel like so much of the perception of a lot of shows or games are built off of one line said by the creator in a random interview. Like the creator for Hazbin hotel supposedly said that the show can go on forever and my friend writes off the show entirely because of it
