Can I just say something?
A person's same sex attraction, whether accepted or not, does not negate any good they do in their life. That one sin does not render their entire life evil. Just as a person's sexuality is not their identity, their sin isn't either. It just seems like some Christians, when they hear someone is gay, suddenly become disinterested in whatever that person is involved in. Because they are gay. It shouldn't be like that. They are so much more than their sexuality, and they deserve to be known beyond that. The first step to helping someone in the clutches of the world's view of SSA is to show them that sexuality and identity are not synonymous. We can't do that if we only focus on the fact that they are gay.
