To test for moire, do a sample print I g at home of the tones you want to use. Also if you are using MS, keep the dpi at the highest setting & don't rotate tones

Now see, that’s what was so weird. I DID do the sample prints at home XD Two in fact with different printers (though one was at a professional printer’s place. So uh not exactly at home whoops.) And both had the tones turn out fine. So I was really confused about the whole thing.

I also barely tone in MS, mainly because the proper way to do it has always confused and frustrated me. If I use tones, it’s just for background ones where I don’t need do anything except cut out what I don’t need. For my sanity I tone in Photoshop. I don’t rotate because dang, tones look ugly when rotated.

Every tone is highest quality/higher than print resolution too. XD The shirt is the only moiré that occurred, in any of my comics so far. Every other tone was fine, so IDK. I might just check resources folder later and see what happened when I have more free time. But thank you anyway! :D
