"Please state your name, miss."
"Samira Auvinen, here for bloodwork." The Zoroark answered, waving the sheaf of paper in her hand.
"Oh, welcome back Ms. Auvinen, please have a seat in the waiting room, and our techs will be with you shortly. "
Mir handed over the prescript detailing the specifics of the bloodwork she needed, as she had done regularly every few months or so. How many vials would it be this time? After all it wasn't necessarily a normal checkup, the doctor had decided to run other diagnostics and tests lately so they would need more material. She sighed, glancing at the crowded waiting room. "Wow, they sure are packed today. Never nearly expected so many people here to get blood drawn..." she muttered to herself as she spied a seat, one of the only pair left open in a far corner of the room, and made a beeline for it. She ignored the odd glances from the gijinka in the room, the perplexed looks trying to discern her species, some undoubtedly settling on Zorua, if not for her lack of a tail. She'd long been used to getting strange looks thanks to her odd color, which in places like hospitals and doctors' offices, she did nothing to hide. It was natural, after all. Settling down in the seat, she glanced about for a magazine or anything to occupy her attentions, but there was none.
"Looks like this'll be a long wait..."
