Actually Gabe's powers manifestated 6 years before Recall, since Genji is there when he got's them and it's known that Uprising happened in 2070, and a few months after Genji's inciddent. Reaper's line "Reaper's activities has been known by decades" actually imply that Reaper was Gabe's alias or persona for uncover operations and carried on using it. Besides of that, Blizzard made a lot of mistakes and has a lot of plotholes, like when they had to correct Mercy's and Reinhardt's bios.

Said bios were wrong respecting Mercy's age and as well as when OW was founded or when the Omnic Crisis began and ended, it's true what you say that some people has serious problems when reading all the info Blizzard gives us, like today I read somenay said that its' never mentioned that Gabe has friends lmao, but it's also true that right now, Overwatch's timeline is a fucking mess. So 50/50 there I'd say.Also sorry about the this third ask, but the picture you used, it's actually said that it's completely wrong since the strike members should have look much older and it shouldn't be taken into account due to that, it's just cool artwork and nothing else.

Pretty much the now-corrected continuity error in Mercy and Rein’s age is really the only inconsistency or contradiction in the timeline. That and the use of concept art in promo footage from three years before the game was made. It’s really not “a fucking mess” if you use even an ounce of critical thinking to understand it. The timeline is internally consistent and rarely, if ever, contradicts itself, even if we don’t have a complete list of everything that happened. 

Also first of all it’s said Gabe had friends like, so many times. Like pretty much every time Gabriel is mentioned, we’re told he had friends. But even if it didn’t say “gabe has friends” at the very beginning, showing some of his friends isn’t a retcon for the same reason it wasn’t a retcon or inconsistency to say Reinhardt had a mentor named Balderich when they added Eichenwalde. There was nothing contradicting it in canon. Same is true for all the information revealed this weekend. It’s 100% consistent with everything we’ve actually been shown so far. 

Also why the fuck would the picture be “completely wrong” when it shows all the characters looking pretty much exactly the way they looked in the Uprising comic? Why would they need to look “much older” when they look about seven years younger than they do in game?

What effects can have the discovery that Gabe is alive, to were Jack? Would he react violently? Or he would be a mess of feelings?

Honestly its not really Jack who would have an intense reaction to realizing Gabe is alive, but Gabe having an intense reaction to knowing Jack is alive. Fun fact is that Jack didnt see Gabe die, it was the other way around. Jack believes Gabe is dead, but he isnt effected as strongly, in a way. Gabe has a hard time processing the fact that Jack IS alive because his situation is pretty dire at the moment.

Once Jack realizes Gabe is alive Gabe probably will flee and Jack will, in turn, find a way to follow.
