Fill the cone with the prepared potato and cauliflower mixture and seal the open edge, ensuring no filling is spilling out. Repeat the process for all the samosas. Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray or oil. Place the samosas in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them. Spray the samosas with a little cooking spray or brush them lightly with oil for a crispy texture. Air fry the samosas at 375F 190C for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking. They should become golden brown and crispy. Serve the hot and crispy potato and cauliflower samosas with your favorite chutney or sauce.
