These Quail Sliders are a tasty take on the regular burger. The quail meat is soft and perfectly seasoned. It is served on small slider buns with fresh toppings. Great for a unique and tasty starter or main dish!
Ingredients: 6 quail breasts, boneless and skinless. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup minced red onion. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 6 slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Mayonnaise. Ketchup. Pickles.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, red onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the quail breasts slowly and mix them in well. Press the mix into six little patties and set them on a plate. When the grill or pan is hot, add the quail sliders and cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Make the slider buns a little toasty on the grill or in a toaster while the sliders are cooking. On the bottom bun, put lettuce leaves, a quail patty, tomato slices, and pickles to make the sliders. The top bun should have mayonnaise and ketchup on it, then it should be put on top of the quail plate. Warm it up and serve it with your favorite sides.
