can you post a sample card? or if you have already could you please link me it, i haven’t been able to find one 🙈 excited to sign up but i wanna get a feel for the type of prompts first 😌

We have not made a sample card, but…

All of the prompts are listed on the Sign Up form! Scroll through each season to see what’s available. :) 

edit: we do have a Blank Card which you can view here! But as mentioned above, you can check out all available prompts on the Sign Up Form.

More details will be on the sign up form, but you will be able to tell us NOTPs and character no-no’s to create your card.

Well, first you sign up

The sign up form is pretty basic, you can edit it all the way up til the close date of May 10th.

On May 10th sign ups close. I’ll send out a mass email to all participants that kinda goes like this: HI! Still interested?

If you find you don’t want to participate anymore, this is the time to say no (just because it saves me time to not have to make you a card if you don’t want one!)

If you do, just do a check in email that says “yep, still want to!” and I’ll start working on your bingo card

Your card may have any, all, or none of these prompts.These are your prompts and your card will be custom tailored to you, what you said you liked or didn’t like, and the list of prompts we got (You can still send in asks with four word prompts, pictures, ideas, etc)

You may share your card, or keep it secret, but please wait to share until you have your finalized card!

If you get something on your card that you’re not comfortable with, that’s not a problem; just send it back in in the first week and we can change any or all of your squares. It helps if you tell us what squares you don’t want. in the above example, send it back and say “I don’t want RiRi / Bed Sharing / Armor Wars, or Disney AU” and we will change these squares out for you.

We will not re-order squares; that’s part of the challenge... if you want a whole new card, we will trade out a whole new card, but only once. 

For the first week, it’s open on squares: we do want you to have a list of prompts that you’re happy with! After the first week, changes are at the discretion and time available to the mods. We will try to have a very fast turn around. Any problems will be discussed with the mods (for example, pretend that Mod Tisfan fell down the stairs, as she has a tendency to do that sometimes, and she might let everyone know-- hey’ it’ll be a few days til I can get your card fixed, sorry about that.) and your time will be extended accordingly.

Squares will be received May 29th, Tony Stark’s birthday

You can start work/posting as soon as you’re ready. We’ll have a collection up on A03 to submit to and you can post on Tumblr as well. We will check tags ( #tonystarkbingo18 and @tonystarkbingo ) daily and repost all work. If you don’t see your work in 3 days, please send us a message, sometimes tumblr eats stuff.

You have QUITE A WHILE to get your squares filled; the Bingo closes December 19th. (The death of Tony’s parents)

This is a LOW ENTRY activity.

You can fill as many or as few squares (minimum = 1) as you want to participate. If you blackout your card (all 25 squares, 24 prompts and one “free space” in which you can fill with anything you want to create/write/draw/etc) you may request a second card. If you blackout two cards, you may request a third.  Only three cards will be given out, that’s the end, you’re done! And we’re all very impressed. That’s 75 prompts total, wow!

Please see the FAQ for more information on what counts as a completed fill for each card. If you have questions, please contact a mod by ask, or message. Please have patience, mods do sleep and have jobs and stuff. If you don’t hear back in 24 hours, you may poke us again. Tumblr sometimes eats things. 

POSTING Format for Tumblr

Title: <title of your fic/art piece/craft/playlist> Link: tumblr | A03 | image hosting site, etc Square Filled: S1 (STARK goes across the top 1-5 goes down the side, let us know which square you’re filling) Ship: <ship name and pairing. Not everyone knows what, say IronHusbands are>  Rating: G/PG/R/E or General / Teen / Mature / Explicit (use your best judgement for rating) Major Tags any violence, language, smut, triggers, warnings should go here, also any side pairings. This is the best way to curate everyone’s reading experience.  Summary What is in the fic?  Fill Type: art/fic/playlist/craft/gifset Created for @tonystarkbingo

We will send out a few check-in posts that go kinda like: Hi, this is the first check in, wanted to make sure you got your card and you’re happy with it. 

Hi, this is the second check in, how’s it going? Just to kind of remind you that we’re out here...

You don’t have to do ANYTHING to check in, they’re just reminders.
