I just need to vent a lottle, so bare with me. 

FUCK SANTANA. I know Rachel was being a bit melodramatic, but seriously? Santana always gave Rachel shit about how stupid her Broadway dreams were. So why is she trying out for Fanny?! Like, bitch! Get you're own dreams!!! And as for the whole "Rachel, you just want pay back for all the shit we put you through" (paraphrasing)...that is definitely NOT why Rachel wants to have Fanny to herself. It's been her whole life dream, and for Santana to just waltz up in there and accuse her of being so materialistic and egotistical is very hypocritical on her part. She's the one who went to New York without a plan and now she's trying to take away what Rachel finally has as hers. I think what Rachel's explanation was lacking was that she finally got to the city of her dreams and  found something she can call her own. If friends are supposed to be happy for each other, Santana should have known to back off. Things like that are off limits. But I guess she wouldn't have known that because she lived a life where being cruel and demanding got her whatever she wanted, with not a single friend.  And SO WHAT if Rachel wants to rub it in Santana's face? Like I said, Santana has always made Rachel feel like her life is a big joke. She deserves to gloat to the person who bullied her throughout high school. It's like that one song they wrote, "Loser like me." She was always the bully, and even confessed to being the president of the Rachel haters club.  All in all, Rachel deserves to have something for herself. I know she always got the leads in everything, but thats because she wanted it the most. She knew what she wanted to do from the get go. OF COURSE she's going to defend her position and be over dramatic about it! If it came to YOUR dream, wouldn't you?
