HI. I just needed to send this because it's my favorite Stargate/Sanctuary factoid. (sorry if you knew this already)

Peter Wingfield, who played Tanith in SG1 and Watson in Sanctuary, basically quit acting and went back to school and is now Dr. Peter Wingfield and is an anesthesiologist. It absolutely blows my mind that you could be in for an operation and your anesthesiologist is Dr. James Watson.

🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them?

They're all based on archetypes that I wanted to fuck around with.

Marsi is a vengeful genie/dragon-type entity forced to undergo a redemption arc because he grows to care about his friends inspired by this one mlp au i liked way back when. First thing I decided about him is he looks like a murderous fat tiefling with good fashion sense.

Chiara is based on the "fridged woman" archetype. The first thing I decided about her is that she's going to crawl out of a grave and learn to kick ass. If you know Laudna from Critical Role, I came up with her first (even down to Delilah's role in her arc oops) /lh BUT FR THE RESEMBLANCE IS SPOOKY WTF. she looks like kanaya homestuck

Both poor but different circumstances. Marsi was a rich tyrant, got his ass handed to him by a badder bitch, and ended up consorting with the scum of society as he tried to regain his clout. Chiara was born into an upper middle class household but now that she's legally dead she has nothing (not that she needs anything other than sunlight).

👑 CROWN - what does your oc want to be remembered as? why?

Marsi wants to be remembered as the King he is, and the bastard who burned down the kingdom of the person who hurt his family. Chiara just wants to be remembered.

Nah HAHA but I do think about them when I listen to But Never A Key by Dirt Poor Robins
