It's pretty cool to be learning new movements still in the crazy world of crossfit. Sandbag runs were tough, especially with a sore lower back from deadlifts on Wednesday. Also, the extra weight on my shoulders seriously messed up my POSE attempts at running, as if I had got into the pose I would've been face first on the foot path. GHDs aren't a problem, but the rope climbs I knew would be tough especially wearing vibrams. I think I'm going to start taking a gym bag each time I go to the box instead of just my tape and water bottle. Overall, a killer workout that destroyed my forearms. I was keen to attempt some muscle ups tonight, but ended up too sore in the arms and will save that for tomorrow.
