Crispy panko coated pork chop, brown sauce, apple & Dijon relish, and shredded cabbage in soft white crustless bread. Or in other words, a pork sando. I loved this, pork can very easily get dry but this was cooked perfectly. The brown sauce and relish also add another layer of moisture to it. @sayyeahburger are now back east where they are popping up at @threecrownsshoreditch so get down and give them a try.
