Today was a gym day. My plan was to run 4 miles but I only had a small amount of time so I just ran as much as I could in 30 minutes, I managed a 3.1 mile run. Not too awful! My new victory for running and keeping it fun is sprinting and walking and jogging mix. My time is a little quicker actually even with the walking than if I run the entire time.
