While they are Nonbinary you can always throw in a She/her into the mix for a pleasant surprise (they will enjoy the change of pace from being He/him’ed almost always)
I am curious about Kausat & the cats’s relationships with gender!
Kausat Stolar: Transneutral Nonbinary, Prefers He/They Vaguely sorted it out via religion, aka the Talmud and its 8 Genders, and strengthened it when they became more active on the internet. Many people tend to assume they're Just a man based on appearance- but it’s something that was never met with much resistance. Especially given they were people he didn’t talk to on the regular + it didn’t cause discomfort for them.
People closer to them however, like their morail Presae, are more aware of the fact that he considers himself to be nonbinary.
Pardus Rubato: Trans woman, Prefers She/He In general terms, she got his sense of gender from various anime characters/villains, a few you’ll actually be able to see posted up on the walls of her room! As for who specifically influenced that sense the most- Frieza was her personal gender 9/11, and Envy (from FM03) was the second plane. Some honorable mentions as well are Edward Elric, Raditz, Perfect Cell + Android 16, 17, and 18.

Favorite kind of dog? Cat? Bug? Cheese? Candy? Soup?
Favorite Dog: Chihuahuas and or Pits! Both get bad reps in different directions and I will defend them with my life.
Favorite Cat: Big orange tabby cats or Maine coons! Admittedly less strong opinions here given I’ve never had a cat before.
Favorite Bug: mole crickets, any sort of cool beetle, and mosquito hawks! The last one mostly being because they help make sure I don’t get bitten to death by actual mosquitoes in the summer.
Favorite Cheese: Gruyere, Munster and Brie! Oh also Cotija cheese but specifically for refried beans :}
Favorite Candy: there’s a handful of candy I really like. Off the top of my head though we got pica fresca, peach rings, zotz sour candy, werthers original hard caramels, and pecan kisses.
Favorite Soup: Admittedly not much of a soup guy, but there’s a really specific cheese soup recipe that I crave every so now and then. Much more big on a good big stew however.

honestly i feel kausat really hard about the house thing. a house is a house is a snapshot is a buddy is a house is a being is a thing is a house. we even both like woodworking and live in the middle of nowhere! came to sovereignstuck for weird lesbians and got slapped on the ass by an unexpected house of leaves-coded russian. as one does
Seems to be a common occurrence for people to read Soveriegnstuck for the Lesbians, and then get hit out of left field by a Entirely Different Charcter. Quite funny.
You also wouldn't be the first to Unexpectedly relate to Kausat! Honestly its been kind of a surprise in turn for me, seeing people Understand their specific attachment to houses. Especially given I came up with that trait expecting it to be a sort of niche thing I'd have to explain well for it to be understood- but this was before Sovereignstuck started pulling in people who, in fact, parsed it just fine!

The most notable difference here between that of Homestuck Horuss VS Sovereignstuck Horuss; is the fact that both Sovstuck Meulin and Horuss don’t have the same Self-imposed & Nepeta+Equius inspired dynamic like they do in Homestuck. Thus Horuss is just generally able to be at his Neutral Angry State, rather than one influenced by Meulin's habit of toxic positivity. Predictably, this means Horuss is generally a lot more harsh towards the people around him, and Himself. Whether that’s because of interpersonal/internal strife or General Hostility depends on the day.
He also holds the status as the Renaissance Man of the Patron group, possessing a wealth of perfected Creative and Craftmanship skills; while feeling largely undefined, by both skills & status. It's a Deeply frustrating topic for Horuss, but keeping productive despite it feels better than not being productive at all.
