Sylvren stretched as he left he got up from his work, his tail swaying behind him as he yawned and rolled his shoulders. Perhaps he should give his studies a break and move on to something else for the rest of the day. After all there was only so much studying one could do on the brain before one’s own brain started to hurt. And truthfully he was not willing to let the small throbbing in the back of his get any worse than it already was.
At least they had tea for that.
Leaving the study and heading towards the stairs his ears perked up at the sound of a constant ringing coming from his room. Sure he had a holocron in there given by Saoshinn himself when he was younger but the chiming sound was never this loud to be heard from the halls. Maybe something was wrong with it or maybe it had something to show him. After all he had come to learn that these devices were not as static as they seemed to be.
Stepping into his room he looked around before spotting the holocron on it’s shelf glowing brightly and ringing even louder than it was from outside of the room.
“Alright why are you so loud?” he questioned as he walked over to it before using the force to pull it to his hand.
Yet as he pulled through the force something else pulled at him making him stumble forward as a bright light flashed through the room lighting it for a few seconds before the holocron dropped to the ground silent.
“Gah!” Sylvren shouted as he landed on the floor face first “What the hell?” he muttered sitting up rubbing his face. “What now you’re silent?” he asked as he grabbed the holocron and looked at it before noticing that this was not the place that he had once been in.
The dark wood bedroom with all sorts of books and tools was not his colorful room and ... was that rain outside of this building? It was sunny, wasn’t it?
“What the kriff?” he muttered as he got up as a sudden chill came over him causing him to pull his red coat closer around him as his ears lowered some. This wasn’t good, something was here something cold through the force.
