Combinação de "Sapa" e "Macho". É semelhante a termos como "boydyke" e "lesboy", mas eu queria um termo que se alinhasse ao contexto brasileiro.
Simbologia da bandeira: Associo a identidade "Sapatão" a cores quentes, daí os tons de laranja. Os tons de verde referem-se à hombridade ou à masculinidade. Escolhi um sapo como símbolo por causa do trocadilho com "Sapa".
É uma identidade exclusivamente brasileira.
