Hey guys. I’m glad to be finally posting my “mental breakdown survival guide”. As you know I struggle a lot with mental health, and so I have been through a lot of breakdowns. So many that I actually dropped out of university after 3 weeks in 2016 and had to take the whole year off. Because of this, I’ve made it my mission to help others with mental health issues as much as I can, so you don’t have to go through what I’ve been through.

Anyway, here is my guide. I tried to keep it general, and actually useful. If you have any questions or additions please feel free to add them.

And as ever, if you want to talk to me about studying with mental illness or want to see a post on a specific topic, please feel free to message me.

AUGUST 28 - SEPTEMBER 3, 2017 

I am IN LOVE with my Hufflepuff-themed spread from last week. It is probably in my top 5 of weekly spreads, to be honest. The yellow was so cheerful and great to see every day, and I love the plant aesthetic. I’m definitely a proud Hufflepuff and the more I think about it, the more I identify with the values of the house.

7.31.2017 9:15 AM: A day late with this once more because I got rather distracted by catching up with an old friend! But I’m here, the last day of July, welcoming August and the return of school (kinda). My spreads are getting much more minimalistic but I still have fun doodling in them. I kinda went hog-wild with my trackers, but there are a lot of habits I need to begin for the new school year, so I might as well practice before it gets too busy. Besides, I don’t intend to fill all of them completely, but I do want to see my progress through the week. That’s why there are multiple squares for the notes and research.

Hey hey hey class of 2021! We, and by we I mean me (@ambedostudies) and @raven-studies , are starting a class of 2021 studyblrs network, since I noticed there isn’t one for us..? I realize that some people might think its too early for us, but there’s not time like the present! So, I’m hoping to get some studyblrs as admins, anyone in the class of 2021 can join and/or apply to be an admin.

What Are We?

This is inspired by @hs2017, @co2018 , @co2020 ! I hope for this to become a place to share resources, tips, hacks, find friends, and get better academically and as people. You definitely don’t have to be co2021 to follow us, Class of 2021 Network will provide advice, master posts, printables, motivational quotes (lots of these), and many more resources.
