She popped another grape into her mouth before finishing her ramble about Call Me By Your Name, lying on the floor instead of sitting on the couch with the other person. “So, I don’t know whether I’m supposed to be PISSED at Oliver or still love him. Is it possible to do both?”
Dramatically plopping down on the living room couch with a loud sigh, Cassie draped a pale hand over her forehead to further demonstrate her exasperation. Her onyx eyes danced across the room until she noticed another person nearby. “Why is meditation so fucking hard? Like, it should be easy, right? To empty your mind and focus on nothing? Have you ever tried it? Because like, I’m surrounded by healing crystals and I still can’t keep my mind from thinking.”
Lounging around in the kitchen in the basement, Jinx hummed to fill the quiet - it wasn’t that she was being unsociable, more she was anything but sober and decided the lesser used space was probably a safer bet to risk not disturbing anyone this late. Heading over to the sink with the intention of rinsing her wine glass, the blonde frightened herself when it fell from her hand and into the basin, successfully smashing. “What the fuck,” she whispered, a hint of what could of been awe in her voice as she gazed at the broken shards.
“So I’m tryna wink at her and that wink came out so weird. It was so embarassing.”
Letting out a sigh, Logan looked up at what would be her new place to call home from where she was standing on the (rather extravagant) driveway. Gripping the handle of her luggage tighter, she continued walking; through the front door and towards the stairs she easily found leading upstairs - her first mission was finding her room. Luck didn’t appear to be on her side, however, as one of the wheels on her suitcase got caught on the top step. “Jesus Christ,” the petite girl muttered, groaning as she gave it a sharp yank to free it.
“ you ever heard of knocking? ”

Strawberry margarita in hand and generic pop music perforating through the air from her phone, Cassie stood up from the warm, watery confines of the hot tub as soon as she noticed another presence. “Join me!” she beckoned, an inviting smile on her lips. “There’s strawberry margarita in the blender in the kitchen, and like, the water’s amazing, so you really don’t have a choice here. Get changed, get a drink, and enjoy this beautiful day with yours truly.”
