Prompt Submissions OPEN 🔥🚀
Submit prompts and ideas for the Sapnap+Worlds Beyond Fan-Creation Voyage!
There are three optional categories:
Genres (ex., horror, science fiction, cyberpunk)
Tropes (a plot device seen in media - ex., there was only one bed, friendly neighborhood vampire, the butler did it, etc.)
Other prompts? (not sure in which category to put it? Write it in here!)
Prompts should be general themes/tropes, not full outlines.
Feel free to send in then restart the form as many times as you like to submit multiple prompts! Please do not submit multiple answers in one go. You may leave a question empty if you don't have any submissions for that section.
All answers will be compiled into separate prompt lists.
Prompt submission form will be open until June 30th!
Send us your prompts 🔥NOW🔥
Need a BOOST? Time to JUMP-START your creative process!
What is a JUMP-START?
Each Monday, we will provide some worldbuilding questions or resources to help you build your world.
This is your cue to take 5-10 minutes to brainstorm or continue working on a current Work-In-Progress.
Once that's done, we'd love to see a sneak peak*; you can also submit the work as-is*!
OR, now that you've started, you can continue working on that prompt until it's ready to post!
Joining in only as a viewer? This is a great time to show artists that you enjoy their creative works, and that you'd like to see more of it!
This Monday, let’s get ready to ignite your creative engines!
Our 🚀VOYAGE star chart is finally here! Come get your prompts! 🎉

Prompt fills open July 2nd (tomorrow!) We hope to see your charts and fills around soon!
hi do the submissions for the latest event all have to be set in space or can they just be generally related to the individual prompts?
Hi Peanut! No, your fills don't have to be space-themed, Worlds Beyond is an Alternate Universe (AU) themed event!
The OG idea was to use "speculative fiction" genres as a baseline, and sci-fi is one of the genres most associated with this! In a fandom space, our equivalent is Alternate Universes, which don't trace directly to traditional published genres--the idea is to push your creativity and see where it takes you!
Your path doesn't have to be in a space ship! It can be a pirate ship, a road racer, a Victorian carriage, on the back of a horse or a dragon, in a pick-up truck, with an elytra, etc. etc.
