Do you have any recommendations for Insta pot recipes? We got one as a gift, but haven’t figured one what to do with it yet.
!!!!! i'm only being a little hyperbolic when i say the possibilities are ENDLESS—i've used it for everything from curries to pasta to rice to mashed potatoes to cheesecake. typically if you google "instant pot [insert whatever kind of food you're craving here]", there's a recipe for it. (that's how i find most of my newer recipes these days, or figure out ratios and timings for making plain grains or rice or whatever.)
i personally really like the instant pot for recipes where you can just dump everything in and hit start, although sometimes there may be some sauteéing involved. number one recipe i make on the reg is this burrito bowl (recipe calls for chicken/ground beef/turkey but honestly you could get away without it). other recipes i think about a lot are this chicken yellow coconut curry and pad thai.
