Sara Patrell & Whispers??

Do we know how Sara died? In flashbacks we see Will as a boy and, I'm assuming, Sara. At one point child Will is watching a man cut the scalp of someone. Then the girl appears next to Will and tells him "Don't look into his eyes, that's how he gets you." I had first thought that she was talking about her killer but the Sensates are repeatedly told not look into Mr. Whisper's eyes. I also thought it was interesting that Will was watching the person's head be cut into because the way Whispers 'de-Sensates' a person is through a lobotomy. So my real questions are: 1. Is Sara somehow connected to the Sensates in any way? or 2. Is this just the way Will's brain makes sense of the experiences he's going through?

Ok so I saw your ask/post about Sara. I always figured Sara was another sensate that was kidnapped by a serial killer. That's why the police were looking for her. He told his father and everyone that he could see her which everyone obviously didn't believe. And Sara was murdered. I figured that Will and her could talk cuz kids just have stronger senses. I think all the sensates had a little bit of this ability as children (not wanting to be alone and such).

I bet the fact that she was in a dangerous situation forced her survival instincts to kick in, so she was able to reach out to another sensate (even though he was unborn still) because of that. And yeah, I also think she’s dead now. That or holed up somewhere being experimented on by Whispers and his crew. :|

I'm confused about what was happening with Will as a little boy seeing the little girl named Sara. Would you tell me what you think that's about? Who is Sara?

They haven’t fully explained who she is, but I’m pretty confident she was/is a sensate. She was “visiting” Will the same way Jonas and Angelica visit the cluster. But there are so many questions I still have about her:

How did Jonas know about Sara? Did he have access to Will’s memories? Did he just do a bit of research on Will’s medical history? Is he somehow connected to her, like is/was she part of Jonas’s cluster?

How did Sara visit Will before he was “reborn” a sensate?

How come no one else from her cluster visited Will?

Where did Sara go after Will started to ignore her? 

Is she even a sensate? 

Are there different types of sensates who have different degrees of ability to visit each other, like Sara did with Will? Or can they only visit each other if they’re connected in some way–like Angelica birthing the cluster grants her and Jonas access to the sense8 team?

If it’s birth-related, then how was Sara connected to Will? Was she meant to be part of his cluster (but she died before the cluster formed)?
