I cant even sleep anymore I just keep thinking about how large amounts of people have no idea the asexual/aromantic orientation even exists like people get all fuckin hyped when somebody says one small thing about asexuality like "holy fuck look at this person who just mentioned asexuality!!!" mENTIONED being the key term like sure they gave us like maybe a sentence but I want an ENTIRE CONVERSATION with ACCURATE REPRESENTATION and not to mention there is even LESS talk about Aromanticism?? Its upseting asexuals get one small sentence but its even MORE upsetting aro is lumped in with the ace when they are absolutly not the same thing? like I at least want somebody to MENTION aromantic like holy cow
Around 2am I just get really upset about asexual/aromantic erasure in modern media I apologize but there should be more mainstream representation and maybe even just occasionally writing a largly popular fic about an asexual character that hmm I dont know, ISN'T SHERLOCK
