Hello I just want to say that I love Idunn, I love that you cosplayed Idunn and the cloak looks great from the pic! Machine embroidery?? I've been wanting to cosplay her too, but I was afraid no one would recognize me... but you have inspired me to do it anyway :P

Not precisely! I used some yellow cotton to cut out the design on the hood, and then I satin-stitched all around it. (And then I decided “hey satin-stitching down the cloak edging would be cool too, right” and dealt with the thread snapping and needing to be tied off and restarted something like 6 times, haha)

Just be careful and make sure you measure everything carefully. My cloak looks multilayered because my cloak lining and the outer linen layer weren’t cut from bolts of identical widths, so I just hemmed each separately and attached them at the hood/front.

Heck I just read about your injury. I hope everything is going okay and that it heals up well. How does it feel being back in the States?

the rundown is that a new bridal banner was revealed, the units on it are ninian, sanaki, and tharja. people are rightfully pissed about sanaki bc she’s literally a child. groom marth is a reward unit for tempest trials
