Abe and Sasha fell in love. There didn't have to be a reason, it just happened. He wasn't in love with Rosita and he realized that when he knew he loved Sasha. So it was right for him to break it off...but not that way. I still can't believe it was written like that, it was so cruel to end things so coldly. If he had just been a little more tactful about it. It was a little out of nowhere I agree but loves like that sometimes? I don't know lol.

I know the writers are trying to make me believe that they fell in love, but if they’re so drawn to one another, to the point where they’re both willing to do that to Rosita (not that they did anything wrong, per se, but it still sucked), then I should be able to see that connection. Show, not tell. If they built it up the same way they did Rick and Michonne, I would’ve been like, “Rosita girl, you shoulda seen that coming, sis.” But it was pretty much the opposite of that, with Sasha looking annoyed half the time Abe showed up. So I watch all their scenes like, “So… this is really happening? All right.”Not gonna lie though, his line about thirty years with Sasha not being enough? That was A+.
