✿ - Happy headcanon
For a long time, she hated being in administration. But when she was promoted to being priestess, she found a new love for the job and AKB0048 as a whole. Here was proof that there were serious plans in motion, rather than just random things happening. More than that, she now had the power to influence those happenings and was one of a few select few who had that power. Finally, she was beginning to be able to unwrap 00's mysteries.
● - Sad headcanon and ♒ - Family headcanon
Tsubasa's family never really supported her, so she was quite aloof. When she went to 00, the girl's became her new family. She always bawled at graduations - it was stupid, but she always took it personally, like they were leaving her specifically. When Acchan disappeared, she collapsed crying and couldn't finish the concert. In that case, it was the only time she would have wanted a graduation ceremony.
☮ - Friendship headcanon
Mariko and Sashiko got along quiet well. A comedic pair who teased others and each other. However, as much as she knew Sashiko and cared about her, she never could figure out what to give her for presents, so gifts were usually hand made or brought at the very last minute.
▼ - Childhood Kenkyuusei headcanon
Tsubasa's life as a kenkyuusei was quite simple. She applied at the last minute but still passed all the auditions. Her height helped her stand out even when she was at the back of a formation (which she often was because she was gangly and embarrassing for a while).
The only big splash of her kenkyuusei life was becoming front page news - she enjoyed taking photos (though she had never believed she'd become Mariko) and was snapping pictures of the crowd at a concert (she was filling in for the 4th Takamina) when DES attacked.
Tsubasa whipped around mid-photo and somehow ended up with a candid of her and a DES soldier. Many joked that she only looked so shocked because he was her secret boyfriend. She tried to do her best to make sure all copies were destroyed, but has a sinking feeling that isn't the case...
