Ingredients: 1 cup sushi rice. 4 sheets nori seaweed. Assorted sashimi salmon, tuna, yellowtail, etc.. Soy sauce. Wasabi. Pickled ginger.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make the sushi rice, then let it cool. Lay a nori sheet on a sushi mat so that the shiny side is facing down. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, making sure to leave a little space at the top. Put different kinds of sashimi slices on top of the rice. Put light pressure on the sushi mat as you roll it up to make it tight. With a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into small pieces that are easy to eat. Put it on the plate with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi.
