☾⋆ ‒‒‒‒‒ A sharp intake of air quickly followed by a giggle is her initial response. Honestly? Chrissy had thought she had imagined it, or that maybe she'd had some dream in which they'd made up this little handshake between them while they'd been waiting to go on stage during the talent show in middle school.
❝ Wait?? That actually happened?? ❞ Chrissy shook her head, laughing again, though this time she leaned back a little, hand on chest as though she were afraid she wouldn't have enough air in her lungs to carry her mirth.

“ What did you just say? ” she questioned, had she heard that right? Their argument had started over something concerning a plan to get Jason off the scent of Eddie. Vicky’s history with him had her ready to use herself as bait, which clearly hadn’t sat well with Eddie. Dark hues locked with his, terrified that his words were just a ploy to make her reconsider the whole thing.

who is the most affectionate? In private Maddy. In public…. who is this stranger?
who initiates the handholding? hand holding? Eddie can hardly hold still, he shouldn’t be tethered.
who worries more for the other? Eddie probably. Although we see him around everyone Maddy is more impulsive and is all think later act now. In season 4 if Maddy had been there she would’ve jumped in the water right after Nancy.
who is more likely to ask for help? Eddie but only in dire situations. Maddy would rather let a demobat bite her than ask for help.
who is the one always losing the keys? Maddy but she would have keychains and lanyards that would be cute like a pom pom keychain like this one in Hawkins High colors to keep her from losing things.
who leaves little love notes for the other? Maddy would have left notes in his locker or would have passed him notes in class.
who can’t sleep unless the other is there? After season 4 it’s like what is sleep? No thanks. They both stay up with each other to avoid nightmares.
who is more likely to propose to the other? let’s just go with N/A because ummm ???? big negative on marriage for Maddy and he would know that she doesn’t want to get married and end up like her parents.
who introduced the other to their family first? It wouldn’t have been an introduction to her parents but more so like oh yeah that’s my mom keep going. The same probably would have been said for his uncle.
who is more likely to play with the other’s hair? Maddy would love to just deep condition and brush Eddie’s hair but if she can’t do that she can’t play with it because then the sleepies set in and they try to avoid that.
who makes sure the other has meals/stays hydrated? Every bitch for themself. I think they each notice if they haven’t had anything and would each pass each other the water bottle or a bite of each other’s pop tart or something but it’s not like they purposely do it.
who is more likely to stand up to anyone for the other? Maddy will fight anyone and everyone. Any time. Any place. Eddie would probably have to tell her to calm down.
who is the most likely to prepare a surprise for the other? Eddie just because he would probably want to impress Maddy.
who makes the other pinky promise not to do certain things? Not pinky promise but just say the word promise and Maddy would be okay with it so she makes him say the word.
who puts a blanket over the other when they fall asleep on the couch? As much as they both try to ward off sleep if he’s already asleep Maddy will cover him and stay awake just in case he wakes up and she can calm him.
