With this Skinny French Toast Frappe, you can enjoy the tastes of French toast without feeling guilty. It's a tasty coffee-based drink with vanilla and cinnamon flavors that's great for breakfast or to pick you up in the middle of the day. A ripe banana adds sweetness on its own, and you can change how sweet it is to your liking.
Ingredients: 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled. 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk. 1 ripe banana. 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 packet of stevia or sweetener of your choice. Ice cubes. Whipped cream optional. Ground cinnamon for garnish optional. Maple syrup for drizzling optional.
Instructions: Put together a coffee and wait for it to cool down. Put the cold coffee, almond milk without added sugar, ripe banana, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and the sweetener packet into a blender. Put some ice cubes in the blender and blend the ingredients together until they are smooth and foamy. Feel free to change the sweetness or cinnamon in the frappe to your liking.
