Here’s your pleasant Monday Morning Reminder : SATURDAY BEACH YOGA SZN 3 is right around the corner 😎🌊☀️🧘🏼♀️ . To get ready, I thought what better way to celebrate the 5️⃣0️⃣th anniversary of EARTH 🌎 DAY this Wednesday (4/22) then to meet at Pleasure Bay, by the flagpole, our sweet spot just on the waters edge, to clear any trash & litter thats has accumulated during the off-season. . This act of service and safe gathering of community seems like the least we can do, right? ☀️ . I’ll be teaching a LIVE Zoom Earth Day Celebration Flow from 10:30 - 11:30AM (EDT) and plan to be at Pleasure Bay by 12PM to start the fun! . Yes. I just referred to picking up trash on the beach as “fun”. . I will provide rubber gloves (latex free) & trash bags to all volunteers. Please wear your own cloth face mask & donate as much time as you have to helping the cause. . I may or may not be a (self-proclaimed) snack queen, so expect individually wrapped healthy nosh’s to sustain your energy while we beautify our beach! . Also, it’ll aid in giving me an idea of how much snacks & supplies to bring out. .
