Ok ok ok lore idea.

On RTL SDR. There is a thing called an upconverter. Where basiclly yoi attached it inbetween the antenna and the receicer. And since a normal receiver cant read lower frequencies, like 20 mhz and below but the antenna does. So the upconverter picks up the lower frequencies and converts them to a higher frequency so you can read them.

My idea, mental comprehension upconverter. Its a device of sorts, that you put on your head for temporary or in your brain for a more permenant version. Rob Clouth - Zero Point LP

Writing a review for an album of this complexity is somewhat an exercise in futility. The very premise of the album may give you some idea why: 

Exploiting his skills as a software developer, Clouth has created a suite of tools that tap into data from the ANU Quantum Random Number Server (QRNS), an online service that publishes real-time measurements from the zero-point energy field. Zero Point is a love letter to noise, written with data sampled from the core of the universe"

Yeah, righto.  It's a fascinating concept, but one that could lead into all sorts of indulgent art-noise. However, the truth is - it's very compelling listening. Sculpting tracks from a broad pallette of sounds - synthesis /instrumental/ foley - Clouth organises ideas to form, grow, collapse, dissolve and re-build.   There are 'tracks' here but the way they develop and deliver is not a linear experience. And it was often the breakdowns or the more tonal and reflective moments between the heavier sounds where the album really wound me in.  Drawing from some influences from the heavier ends of techno, DnB and electronica the results don't sit comfortably in any of those pigeon-holes.  Clouth has always been on the leading edge of sound design, under his own name and the Vaetxh moniker, but this album is really on a new level for him.  Not necessarily an 'easy' listen, but very rewarding if you surrender to it. HEADPHONES VERY RECOMMENDED! -Scott
