As I mentioned last week, socks are a big part of my family’s holiday giving, but perhaps even weirder, they’re part of random surprise gifts as well (aren’t we fun?!?!). Case in point, a few months ago my brother sent me these fantastic space socks from Foot Traffic! I haven’t tried them yet, but I suspect they will go into heavy rotation along with the Sock It To Me socks he’s sent me before (of which these are my favorite).
Planet socks: women’s, men’s
Moon phase socks: women’s, men’s
Constellation socks: women’s, men’s
(Pedantic Astronomer has to point out that Polaris is a star in the Little Dipper, neither of which constellations, and that the handle of the dipper on the socks has an extra star. The Moon phases also look a little odd, but I think that’s because they show the phases as seen from Earth... Sheesh, P.A. can take the fun out of anything!)
