Cake Pop Corn Dogs Cookies are a fun and delicious twist on classic corn dogs, featuring savory cocktail sausages dipped in sweet cornbread cake pop bites coated in chocolate and sprinkles. Ideal for parties or snacks!
Ingredients: 1 box vanilla cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 eggs. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 cup cornmeal. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup melted butter. 12-16 cake pop sticks. 12-16 cocktail sausages. 1 cup melted chocolate for dipping. Sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a mini muffin tin. Put the vegetable oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla cake mix in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Mix the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a different bowl using a whisk. Mix until smooth as you slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Put half of the batter into each mini muffin cup. Heat the oven and put the dish in it. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Put a cake pop stick into each cocktail sausage while the cake pop corn dog bites are baking. Take the cake pop corn dog bites out of the muffin tin after they have cooled. Each cocktail sausage should be dipped in the melted butter and then put into a cake pop corn dog bite. Let any extra chocolate drip off as you dip each cake pop corn dog that you've put together into the melted chocolate. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet if you want to. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the decorated cake pop corn dogs on it. Allow the chocolate to set. Serve and have fun!
