Ingredients 8 ounces Rigatoni pasta 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound sweet ground Italian sausage 1 chopped onion 2 minced garlic cloves 1 ½ cups Half and Half ½ cup chicken stock 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes drained 1 cup fresh baby spinach ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon salt ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese Instructions Cook the rigatoni according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.
