Mission name: Spicy sausy chicken sausage Ground set up: Wassup chicken and cheese sausage - 1packet (12 small nos/6large nos) Lengthwise cut Onions - 2nos Finely chopped Tomatoes - 1no Green chilli - 1no Turmeric - 1tsp Chilli powder - 1tbsp Pepper powder - 1tbsp Salt - as per your taste buds Oil - 4tbsp Water - half cup Corriander - few to garnish No. of disasters per fire - 5persons How to launch: 1. Shallow fry the sausages in a pan for about 3-4mins and set it aside. 2. In another pan add oil and saute lengthwise cut onions untill it translucent colour by adding salt. 3. Add the green chilli and tomatoes. Cover it with the lid and cook for 2mins until the tomatoes skin peel off. 4. Add chilli powder + turmeric + pepper powder and saute for 3mins. 5. Now add the fried sausages,toss it. Pour half a cup of water and cover it with a lid for 2mins in high flame. Let it be a semi gravy state. 6. Garnish it with few coriander leaves. Serve hot.
