Sketch #197 - The Evolution of a Moment

I am back with more archives. Remember sketch #195? This drawing actually evolved directly from it when I decided to experiment with the dynamics and posing, taking that sudden encounter to a much softer, closer level. This line art is completely traditional and NoAI.

I know many of you are looking forward to the colored versions. Since I am still focusing on mastering my coloring process, my current plan is to release these black-and-white versions first. The finalized colors will come later on. I have a huge wave of new ideas right now, so stay tuned for more.

espeon205's Cosmo (J.C. Thornton's model) over Blaze or AI Racer Blaze mod request for Crossworlds

Just spreading the word on the sites I'm active on that there is currently a request on the Sonic Racing Crossworlds section of Gamebanana that requests a modder to place Cosmo (to be precise, J.C. Thornton's model) over either Blaze the Cat or Blaze's AI Racer skin (That you earn via the friendship part of the game).

I do not have a Gamebanana account myself, so I'm unable to add much to the bounty of over 1,600 pts at the time I posted this. But I hope to reach any people who do happen to have Gamebanana accounts that can help this bring further incentive to a modder before it expires on the 3rd of November.

And even if most people who see this also don't have Gamebanana accounts. I also want to make sure more Cosmo fans know of the request's existence, so it can be seen how many people fulfilling the request would be made happy by it being fulfilled. Which also might provide good incentive to a potential modder.

Feel free to spread this along to friends you know who have Gamebanana accounts and/or if we're really lucky, someone who can rig the model to fulfill the request!

Who ends up with who in your headcanon?

Sonic ends up with Amy. Tails ends up with Cosmo. If we're talking about a continuity without Cosmo, he'd probably settle down with someone at some point, but probably not with any of the main characters.

In Sonic X, I really want Rouge and Topaz to end up together, but that's not possible with how the shoe ended up. In the mainline continuity, Knuckles/Rouge makes sense to me.

Vector and Vanilla all the way. Cream gets a new dad!

Silver and Blaze too. A wholesome couple.

Tangle and Whisper. It's pretty much canon at this point. The community supports it. Many of the contributors support it. It's wholesome as hecc. Why not?

This redux was a commission from a member of the SaveCosmo movement, as a way to boost their campaign to add her into the Sonic Riders DX mod. It's the first of quite a few commissions I made for them.
