The Seedrians aren't under the threat of the Metarex in this AU, at least not before Sonic gets to meet them. They have the same sexual dimorphism that they do in X, and they have the ability to grow plant life. They're peaceful, and refuse to fight unless it's extremely necessary. They have a ongoing friendly relationship with the Bem.

Cosmo is not a Seedrian in this AU -- she is a Gaian. The last pure Gaian, as all the others have sacrificed themselves or have permanently taken on a different form. She lives on Little Planet, which endlessly travels the galaxy in search of Gaia's Comet.

ok so I'm just gonna share my Sonic X Season 3 adaptation idea based on my AU as idk if I'll actually get to it

that conquest Black Death was finishing up in the flashback? Green Gate

so the whole Metarex trying to wipe out all animal life thing? Black Arms' fault

Metarex are even basically copying their MO with the trees sapping the life out of animals

Eclipse's Monster Form is inspired by Mover Mode and even has the basic form like male Seedrians (the thicker body and tail)

Eclipse gets dragged along to fight the Metarex by Team Dark as Shadow wants him to take responsibility

Eclipse and Cosmo have beef and keep butting heads

whenever the Black Arms being on Green Gate and eating Seedrians is brought up, Eclipse's defense is "I was a larva at the time!"

lessons are learned and there's healing for both Eclipse and Cosmo, who are both in a similar situation; it just so happens that one's kind caused the situation for the other
