The Venture Bros has been running on adult swim for seventeen years.

Seventeen years

It is their longest running show.

For seventeen years, Jackson Publick, Doc Hammer, and the team of writers, artists, and people have carefully worked to make this show the best that it can be.

The Venture Bros has beautiful animation, creative characters, excellent and unexpected gags/storylines, and exceptional character development.

To cancel this show would be a disservice not only to the loyal fans that have been patiently waiting, but also to the hard working people who spent years of their lives to deliver an amazing show to the public.

Pitch if the Venture Bros never gets its final season:

Tales of a Henchman Podcast- a podcast hosted by Gary Fischer (aka henchman 21), recounting stories from all his years working for the Monarch. It could be similar to his ‘The Story So Far’ Venture Bros recap video. The start of the podcast could pick up around season 2 (around when he had his podcast in the series) and focus on one-off missions/stories set apart from the main storyline or plots that were left out of the series for various reasons. 

I just imagine Gary trying to record something and people keep walking in and interrupting him. Maybe an inquisitive and hostage Hank is being nosy wants to know what Henchman 21 is doing and after a few “Oh well I’m trying to record this podcast-” Hank (unintentionally)  manages to turn the tables and ends up interviewing 21 instead.

Or Gary discussing his theories on things involving the guild/OSI/Sphinx with 24 and a side of nerdy commentary.

While it wouldn’t be the full experience of the animated TV series it could still be a fun spin-off if Doc and Publik ever decide they want to go in a similar direction.

One thing I love about being a Venture Bros fan born in the 2000s is that I won't get a reference to something in the 80s or 90s until I learn about it later on.

Exhibit A:

While I didn't get all the references in this scene it was still enjoyable because we have Billy and Saint Cloud having an arch meeting in the shower and Pete is just 'hey check out how many goofy hair styles I can do'

Later while going through the 80s section on spotify I found out this is A Flock of Seagulls. Pete's hair couldn't have been more on point👌

This show wins so many points for the amount pop culture references and that makes it so rewatchable.
