Yall know I hate begging for help like this but I’m desperate.

I am currently in charge of childcare for a high support needs child who is nonverbal. I cannot work because of this. I also cook and do dishes for the household, and I am unable to work since I am usually responsible for my sister (the child in question).

My mother is mentally ill and currently working on her mental health, and I do not get paid for when I take care of my sister. I bathe my sister, change her pull ups, feed her, ect. During the school year I also put her on and off the bus.

I am trying to save up not only for top surgery, but also maybe to find a place of my own. I have recently started Testosterone. I am on state medical care, which I am unsure will even cover top surgery.

Please. Any donations help. Donations go to food and clothing for myself, and some will be saved for the surgery.
