I have created a read aloud of the first chapter of Saving Zim!

I dedicate this to Dib07/TheDarkGunslinger! Their fanfic is wonderful, and this was so much fun to create and edit. I apologize in advance for the clock in the background, but it has been corrected upon Zim’s section. Please, enjoy, my friends! This is the first time I’ve ever tried such a thing out. Okay, Imma gonna note you too, but ohmiGOSH thank you so much! These just came in the mail this morning and I am soooo hyped you wouldn’t believe! Like, this was such an unexpected gift! I didn’t think you’d shower me in more gorgeous pictures! Like this sort of goodness just doesn’t land in my lap, but today, it did!

Not only did I receive the original lovelies you drew, but I got bonus art! (plus you also drew the aegis from ‘Return to Oz!’ Yes! I recognised it INSTANTLY!

You are too precious! I gave you my book as a thank you, and I did not think I would receive such priceless gold in return! You are too GOOD to me!

So I just had to share them! They arrived safely, and I’ve been admiring them all day, and I will admire them the next day, and the day after and... XD

I am really jealous of your drawing skills! I’m not gonna lie! The fact that you draw them so perfectly, and have the confidence to line them in ink is what I used to be able to do when I was young, before I lost that confidence. And these are simply STUNNING! The fact that I now own the originals is just... omg... the excitement! AHHHH! 

Omg I love these so, SO MUCH. I constantly admired and ADORED the coloured versions. And now I’m falling in love with them all over again.

Dude, how’d you get so good? Damn wish I could draw like you. I’ve always loved your unique style. Nothing else compares. I have to say, this image of Zim below, with the title is and might be one of my many favourites of yours. He is so cute! And little!

Omg your Dib is THE best! I know I say this regularly, because I keep thinking that every time I see a picture of him done in your hand. This work you have given me hits me on so many levels. What you have done is beautiful, and is so very personal on an epic scale. I would not have decided to do all 50 chapters of this story if it wasn’t for your love and effort to do these pieces from the very start, and of course, our conversations. You’ve really made me feel proud of my work, and not to hide it, but to keep going. And to further love sharing. You are such a good person.

Again, your style of Zim is just.... perfect. And I love how you do his littleness. The fact that he is so small, yet so dangerous when he wants to be really hits home for me in these pictures. He is an accomplished little fighter! And he is so endearing. You really bring it out in your work.

And I love looking at this original below. I do not know what you were worried about, my friend! Dib’s legs are fine! But I love each piece and this original REALLY goes to show how hard you worked in the final version, will all the colours, shading, lighting effect and overall atmosphere. I really appreciate it.

I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve such little masterpieces. These are just priceless. I wouldn’t sell them for any amount of money. The fact that these are unique, and mine to keep is just... awe-inspiring. 

All I can say is.... thank you. So, so much. These mean the world to me. I’m going to protect them in a portfolio. I’ve never had another artist’s original work before, and I am besotted with them! Okay, yeah, I am beside myself with joy! Thank you Weevmo. I friggen’ love you.

I just want to say ‘thank you.’ A bunch of crap inbound coming your way, soon!

I have decided, as a thank you to all my readers, friends and supporters, that when and if my review count for Saving Zim hits 500, I would like to do something special. IDK what. At all. BUT the best way I can express my thanks is to either submit a bunch of quirky chapters of some stories as a gift (like big FAT tasters so to speak) to show my appreciation such as the Invader Zim stories Impact, Elite Black or some odd one shots. OR maybe I’ll just post a bunch of crazily bad Zim doodles on Tumblr! :) Either way I really wanna show my thanks, and reciprocate back to all the love, friendships and support I have received over the years, and the only way I know how to do that is by sharing more of what I can do. XD Please let me know if you think this is a goodish idea!! :)
