Francis wasn’t exactly sure what was on his mind that he seemed to be lost with his thoughts for a while, but then a wild squirrel popped out of nowhere and almost instantly gained Starky’s attention. What occurred next was totally out of his control. The canine barked excitedly before running ahead to chase after the squirrel and Francis somehow lost his grip on the leash. He trailed after his dog, eyes widening in alarm when Starky literally ran over another man and causing the other to fall into a large puddle of mud nearby. “Starky! Damn it!” He gave a little soft sigh and decided to let the German Shepherd to continue its chase, choosing to stop by the fallen man instead. “I am uh-..terribly sorry,sir. You have to forgive my dog, h-he got a lil bit too excited sometimes.” Francis murmured out apologetically, offering out one hand to help the other get up.
