Beef Beef Ham Cheese Croissants - Easy Baked Recipe
A savory twist on traditional piroshki, these beef and cheese-filled pastries are sure to be a hit at any meal. Perfect for parties or as a satisfying snack, these golden parcels are packed with flavorful ground beef and gooey melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp paprika. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 lb pizza dough.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Season beef mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine. Remove skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut dough into squares, approximately 4x4 inches in size. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each dough square, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle and pinch the edges to seal. Place the piroshki on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot and enjoy!
