Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups buttermilk. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Add the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and buttermilk to a different bowl, and mix them together slowly. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Don't mix it too much; lumps are fine. Set a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add a little butter or oil to coat it. Place 1/4 cup of the batter at a time on the hot griddle. After about two to three minutes, the top should start to bubble and the edges should look set. After you flip the pancakes, cook them for another minute or two, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. While you cook the rest of the batter, take the pancakes off the griddle and keep them warm. Top the hot buttermilk pancakes with your favorite things, like whipped cream, maple syrup, or fresh berries.

These crispy hash brown waffles are a delightful twist on traditional hash browns. They're easy to make and perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients: 4 cups shredded potatoes. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 1 egg, beaten. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cooking spray or oil for waffle iron.
Instructions: Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to get it hot. Shred the potatoes and then put them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much water as you can. Shred the potatoes, dice the onions, add the grated Parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in. Spray or oil the waffle iron with a little cooking spray. Place the potato mixture on a waffle iron that has already been heated and spread it out so that it covers the waffle grid evenly. Put the lid back on the waffle iron and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the waffle is crispy and golden brown. Take the hash brown waffle out of the iron with care, and serve it hot. Add your favorite toppings, like sour cream, ketchup, or hot sauce, if you want to. Have fun with your hot hash brown waffles!
