These Buffalo Chicken Burgers are a spicy twist on classic burgers. Made with ground chicken, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese, they deliver a kick of flavor in every bite. Perfect for a game day or weeknight dinner!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated onion. 1/4 cup chopped celery. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves, for serving. Tomato slices, for serving. Red onion slices, for serving. Extra blue cheese crumbles, for serving. Additional buffalo sauce, for serving.
Instructions: Put chicken meat, bread crumbs, grated onion, chopped celery, buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. They should be cooked all the way through and have nice grill marks after 5 to 6 minutes on each side. For about a minute, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are just barely brown. Start by putting lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun. Then add a buffalo chicken patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, and extra blue cheese crumbles. If you want, you can add more buffalo sauce on top. Put the other half of the hamburger bun on top. Enjoy while hot!
